La Clématite is located in a 150-year-old barn, lovingly converted into a bright and comfortable studio apartment. Ideal for a short stay or holiday in the Dordogne. The studio La Violette , is separate from the other gîtes.

The sleeping and living areas are combined and furnished with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and a dining area with a table and bench. The TV offers French channels.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, bath, toilet and sink.

Within walking distance of the village is La Merenda restaurant, renowned for its local cuisine and excellent pizzas. The area also offers a wide selection of other restaurants, each tempting to try – but a home-cooked meal is also easy to prepare. A gas barbecue is available on the terrace, or you can cook in the compact but fully equipped kitchen, which includes:
• Refrigerator
• Electric stove
• Microwave
• Small dishwasher

The French doors open directly onto the small terrace with table, chairs and parasol.

All the gîtes at Domaine Le Jardin Des Amis in Meyrals share access to the heated, fenced swimming pool (seasonal), the expansive grounds, and the surrounding forest. Each property has its own unique atmosphere, charm, and comfort – a place in the heart of the Périgord Noir where children can play freely and explore, while adults relax.
